Latest intelligence

The Intelligence service is targeted at investment professionals that want detailed analysis of each transaction and acquisition multiples to determine the “market value” of private investments. These is not a deal flow/news service.

We only add reports to our database when we have enough information to create a detailed financial intelligence and obtain key transaction multiples. We estimate that this is only possible for 20% of the deal flow in the market. The information we obtain comes from public sources, our partner databases and directly from companies.

We started 2007 with around 100 reports worth a combined $2.5 billion. We continously add deals every week and expect to have around 400 deals by the end of 2008, going back to 2005.
