Deal intelligence - In-depth financial analysis

Climate Capital Network™ has joined forces with Epsilon Research, a corporate finance intelligence company, to develop unique transaction analysis reports for the climate change and environment sectors. We started in 2007 with over 100 reports and now have 400 reports from transactions included in our databases (around 4,000 transactions as of 2008). This is a subscription-based service and is not a news/deal flow service but a service that provides reports with reliable valuation multiples.

The service is targeted at investment professionals that want detailed analysis of each transaction to determine the “market value” of private investments and covers the following sectors:

Our reports allow you to:

• Put together a sample of comparable multiples in an instant (calculation, comparison and analysis)

The system is accessible via the “Epsilon Multiple Analysis Tool™” (“eMAT”) on www.epsilon-research.com and allows:

• Online access of reports covering European M&A and private equity transactions in the climate change and the environment sectors
• Access to transaction multiples by industry sector. Put together a sample of comparable multiples in an instant (calculation, comparison and analysis)
• Detailed analysis of each transaction: deal rationale and structure, target business and financials,
• A powerful search facility: date, size, deal type, country and industry sector
• If you did not find a particular deal in our database, as a free had hoc service for 'unlimited subscription' we can identify transaction in your sector of interest. You will receive a summary table by email within 24 hours and we can then write the analysis reports on the deals you choose (1 day delay per report).
